Bulgarian Rose Water has a toning and astringent effect on the capillaries just below the skin surface, which makes it useful in removing skin redness. Extracted from the world famous Bulgarian Rosa Damascena, the botanical essence contains more than 160 biologically active ingredients.
Allantoin: promotes tissue growth and skin regeneration. It helps smooth the skin without feeling greasy.
